  • Remote diagnostics
  • On-site service
  • Support for many control systems

Request a call from our service team

Describe the machine and the symptoms. We agree the scope before work starts.

We work on machines with controls from

  • Siemens Sinumerik
  • Fanuc
  • Syntec
  • GSK

Scope

Choose the area that matches your situation

Each subpage describes typical situations, how the work proceeds and what we hand over afterwards.

Diagnostics and repair

An alarm stops machining and repeated restarts do not remove the cause.

See the service scope

Spindles, drives and heads

Vibration, unusual noise or lack of movement point to a problem with a key component.

See the service scope

CNC controls

The control system raises alarms or is difficult for the operator to use.

Retrofits and overhauls

Quick fixes are no longer enough, but replacing the whole machine needs justification.

Measuring probes

On-machine measurements are not repeatable or you need a probe commissioned.

Training and commissioning

A new machine, control system or operator needs a structured introduction.

Remote alarm assessmentbefore our engineer travels to site

Why us

Every hour of downtime puts the production plan at risk

An alarm rarely points directly to the cause. By the time the service engineer arrives, production has already rescheduled orders and the operator has tried a few things that may have changed the state of the machine.

That is why we start with data: the model, the alarm code, photos and a description of what happened before the stop. On that basis we know whether remote support is enough or a site visit is needed, and which parts are worth bringing.

Conformity assessment of machinery

Conformity audit, risk assessment, minimum requirements and documentation for the CE declaration. The service ties in with laser cutter, CNC and automation service - it most often comes up when a machine is upgraded or relocated.

Experience with many controls

We work on Sinumerik, Fanuc, Syntec, GSK, KND and Fagor controls. We read an alarm in the context of the specific system, not a generic manual.

Key components in one pair of hands

The spindle, axis drives, tool turret and auxiliary systems are checked under a single request, without handing the machine over to several contractors.

The numbers: repair, overhaul or retrofit

On an older machine, we show when a repair is enough and when an overhaul or a new control will deliver more than further quick fixes.

Machine checked in a machining cycle

After the repair, we run the machine in a real work cycle and hand it back to production only after a functional check.

How we work together

How we work together

  1. Reporting the problem

You send us the machine model, symptoms and error code via the form or by phone.

  2. Initial assessment

We assess whether the problem can be solved remotely and what further data is needed.

  3. Diagnosis and scope of work

We identify the cause, the recommended action and the parts to be repaired or replaced.

  4. Execution and testing

We carry out the work and check the machine before handing it back to production.

  5. Machine handover and recommendations

We describe what was done and what is worth planning to reduce further downtime.
