Industrial automation

We design and repair control systems, program PLCs and put in order the documentation that is most often missing for older machines.

  • Remote diagnostics
  • On-site service
  • Support for many control systems

Request a call from our service team

Describe the machine and the symptoms. We agree the scope before work starts.

We work with measuring equipment and instruments from

  • Siemens
  • Schneider Electric
  • Eaton
  • Fluke
  • Megger
  • Sonel
  • Service for laser cutters
  • CNC machine service
  • Industrial automation
  • Compressor service
  • Printing for industry

Scope

Choose the area that matches your situation

Each subpage describes typical situations, how the work proceeds and what we hand over afterwards.

Control cabinets

You need a new cabinet or want to tidy up an existing control system.

See the service scope

Technical documentation

Without up-to-date diagrams, every diagnosis and every change to the installation takes longer.

Repairs and upgrades

An old system runs unreliably or no longer meets the new process requirements.

PLC programming

You need to change the operating sequence, fix a bug or add a new function.

Inverters and servo drives

The drive reports errors, runs unstably or needs replacing.

Machine safety

Safety systems need sorting out after a process change or an upgrade.

Remote alarm assessmentbefore our engineer travels to site

Why us

Every hour of downtime puts the production plan at risk

An alarm rarely points directly to the cause. By the time the service engineer arrives, production has already rescheduled orders and the operator has tried a few things that may have changed the state of the machine.

That is why we start with data: the model, the alarm code, photos and a description of what happened before the stop. On that basis we know whether remote support is enough or a site visit is needed, and which parts are worth bringing.

Conformity assessment of machinery

Conformity audit, risk assessment, minimum requirements and documentation for the CE declaration. The service ties in with laser cutter, CNC and automation service - it most often comes up when a machine is upgraded or relocated.

What you get

What you gain from our automation work

Diagrams kept up to date after every change

We mark every modification to the system on the documentation. The next diagnosis does not start with tracing wires in the cabinet.

PLC changes verified on site

We test program modifications on the machine, in real operating sequences, before handing it over to the operators.

Replacements for unavailable components

When a manufacturer has discontinued a controller, inverter or module, we select a replacement compatible with the installation and commission it in the system.

Safety considered from the start

With every change to the system we check its effect on the machine's safety circuits, not just at acceptance.

How we work together

How we work together

  1. Reporting the problem

You send us the machine model, symptoms and error code via the form or by phone.

  2. Initial assessment

We assess whether the problem can be solved remotely and what further data is needed.

  3. Diagnosis and scope of work

We identify the cause, the recommended action and the parts to be repaired or replaced.

  4. Execution and testing

We carry out the work and check the machine before handing it back to production.

  5. Machine handover and recommendations

We describe what was done and what is worth planning to reduce further downtime.
