What we do
- Nitrogen and oxygen installations for laser cutters
- Installation of manifolds, pressure regulators and valves
- Pipework to the machine connection
- Leak and pressure tests
- Extending the installation for a new machine
Nitrogen and oxygen must reach the cutting head at the right pressure and purity, otherwise cut quality drops. We build, check and extend the gas supply installations for laser cutters.
Describe the machine and the symptoms. We agree the scope before work starts.
We work with cutting heads and control systems from

The situation
The cause is often the gas supply: a pressure drop at high consumption, leaking connections or contamination in the installation. Faults like these are hard to spot on the machine itself.
When reporting, tell us the type of gas and how it is supplied: cylinders, cylinder bundles or a cryogenic tank. Photos of the regulators and the connection at the machine are helpful, as is the pressure required by the cutter manufacturer.
Service scope
What you get
We size pipe diameters and fittings for the flow the laser cutter needs when cutting thicker sheet.
Leak-tight connections and a tested installation reduce losses that drive up the cost of cutting.
The same service knows both the laser cutter and its supply, so two companies are not hunting for the cause.
How we work together
You describe the machine, the type of gas and how it is currently supplied.
We check the installation route, the take-off point and the laser cutter connection.
We present the scope of work and materials before work starts.
We install the system and carry out leak and pressure tests.
We check cutting on the new supply and hand over the documentation.
