Service for laser cutters

We diagnose and repair laser cutters running on various control systems. We start with a remote assessment of the alarm and agree the scope of work before travelling to site.

  • Remote diagnostics
  • On-site service
  • Support for many control systems

Scope

Choose the area that matches your situation

Each subpage describes typical faults, how the work runs and what we hand over afterwards.

Diagnostics and repair

The machine is down or running with limitations, and the cause of the alarm is not obvious.

See the service scope

Periodic inspections

You want to reduce unplanned downtime and know what needs replacing.

See the service scope

Cutting head service

Cut quality is dropping, and the parameters and optics do not give repeatable results.

See the service scope

Upgrades

The machine runs, but the control system or its messages are holding operators back.

See the service scope

Relocation

You are moving the machine and need commissioning and a check after transport.

See the service scope

Training and commissioning

Operators need confidence when selecting parameters and operating the machine.

See the service scope

Technical gas installations

Nitrogen and oxygen for cutting must reach the head at the right pressure and purity.

See the service scope

Compressed air installations

Dry, clean air for pneumatics, optics protection and air cutting.

Remote alarm assessmentbefore our engineer travels to site

Why us

Every hour of downtime puts the production plan at risk

An alarm rarely points directly to the cause. By the time the service engineer arrives, production has already rescheduled orders and the operator has tried a few things that may have changed the state of the machine.

That is why we start with data: the model, the alarm code, photos and a description of what happened before the stop. On that basis we know whether remote support is enough or a site visit is needed, and which parts are worth bringing.

What we cover

Typical faults, scope of work and what you get

Typical faults

  • Control system and drive alarms
  • Drop in cut quality and unstable parameters
  • Damage after a collision
  • Gas installation problems
  • Worn optics and head components

Scope of work

  • Remote and on-site diagnostics
  • Repair and replacement of components
  • Periodic inspection with a list of recommendations
  • Upgrades and software changes
  • Commissioning after relocation

What you get

  • Information on the cause and scope of work
  • Scope presented before the repair starts
  • Description of the work carried out
  • Recommendations that reduce the risk of further downtime
  • One contact throughout the job

Conformity assessment of machinery

Conformity audit, risk assessment, minimum requirements and documentation for the CE declaration. The service ties in with laser cutter, CNC and automation service - it most often comes up when a machine is upgraded or relocated.

What you get

What you gain from our laser cutter service

Diagnosis starts with the alarm code

Before anyone travels to your plant, we analyse the alarm code, a photo of the screen and the symptoms. Some faults can be solved remotely, without waiting for a visit.

Repeatable cut quality after the repair

We check the head, optics, nozzles and process parameters so that cutting is stable in production, not just correct on a single test piece.

Auxiliary systems in the same request

The gas installation, cooling and fume extraction are often behind a drop in quality. We check them together with the machine instead of looking for the cause step by step.

Parts matched to the model and head

We select nozzles, lenses and protective windows for the specific machine. You do not waste time on replacements that do not fit.

Process

How the work is carried out

  1. Reporting the problem

You send us the machine model, symptoms and error code via the form or by phone.

  2. Initial assessment

We assess whether the problem can be solved remotely and what further data is needed.

  3. Diagnosis and scope of work

We identify the cause, the recommended action and the parts to be repaired or replaced.

  4. Execution and testing

We carry out the work and check the machine before handing it back to production.

  5. Machine handover and recommendations

We describe what was done and what is worth planning for the next inspection.
